Nyob rau hauv cov ntsiab lus ntawm kev ua lag luam thoob ntiaj teb, textile luam ntawv cov nplaum yog cov ntaub ntawv tseem ceeb rau kev ua cov khaub ncaws, cov ntaub pua tsev thiab cov ntaub lag luam. Lawv cov khoom siv logistics ncaj qha cuam tshuam rau cov khoom siv saw ua haujlwm thiab tus nqi tswj. Nkag siab txog cov yam kev thauj mus los ntawm cov khoom lag luam zoo tshaj plaws rau cov tuam txhab koom rau hauv cov khoom lag luam thoob ntiaj teb lossis xa tawm.

Hais txog lub cev daim ntawv, textile luam ntawv nplaum feem ntau ua kua lossis tshuaj txhuam-zoo li, thiab ob peb yog hmoov lossis khoom siv. Cov khoom ua kua feem ntau thauj hauv IBC cov thoob, cov ntoo yas lossis cov khw muag khoom siv lossis saib tshwj xeeb yuav tsum tau them rau kev tsim qauv thiab ua pov thawj tsim. Cov khoom muab tshuaj txhuam tej zaum yuav tsum tau ua kom muaj zog kom muaj kev tswj kom muaj kev tswj hwm vim lawv cov viscosity siab, uas tso cov kev xav tau ntxiv ntawm cov saw txias lossis ntsuas kub. Cov khoom hmoov yuav tsum tau ntim rau hauv cov dej noo-ntawv pov thawj ntim kom tsis txhob noo noo nqus thiab agglomeration uas cuam tshuam kev ua tau zoo.

Tshuaj lom neeg ruaj khov yog cov kev txiav txim siab tseem ceeb hauv lub logistics txuas. Feem ntau cov nplaum muaj cov kuab tshuaj lossis cov khoom xyaw nquag thiab xav kom tsis txhob muaj qhov kub thiab txias thiab muaj zog oxidizing ib puag ncig. Qee cov khoom lag luam yog corrosive rau cov thawv ntim thiab yuav tsum tau ntim rau hauv polyethylene lossis hlau stainless. Hauv Tebchaws United Nations cov khoom phom sij txaus ntshai, qee cov nplaum nthuav dav yuav raug cais ua cov chav kawm 3 cov kua ntoo. Nws raug nquahu kom xaiv qhov chaw kub tas li, thiab tawm tsam kev txhim kho cov khoom siv hluav taws xob yuav tsum muaj rau kev thauj mus av. Qee lub tebchaws yuav tsum muaj cov ntawv qhia MSDs (Khoom Siv Kev Nyab Xeeb Cov Ntaub Ntawv) thiab GHS cov ntawv, thiab cov ntawv yuav tsum tau lees tias cov kev cai uas peb tau ua ntej.

Nyob rau hauv xyoo tsis ntev los no, lub luag haujlwm ntawm cov dej ua ib puag ncig zoo li ib puag ncig cov nplaum tau txo cov kev pheej hmoo thauj mus los. Cov khoom lag luam no muaj lub teeb ntsej muag muaj teeb meem loj thiab tsis yog-lom. Nws tuaj yeem thauj raws li cov khoom lag luam zoo li qub, yooj yim yooj yim rau cov txheej txheem kev lis kev cai. Txawm li cas los xij, nws yog ib qho tsim nyog los them sai sai rau nws cov yam ntxwv qis-kub. Cov tshuaj tua hluav taws lossis cov khoom siv ua ntej yuav tsum tau ntxiv rau kev thauj mus los caij ntuj no.

Mastering cov yam ntxwv logistics ntawm textile prinesives tsis tuaj yeem ua kom zoo dua kev thauj mus los, tab sis kuj txo txoj kev pheej hmoo ntawm cov cargo kev puas tsuaj. Raws li lub ntiaj teb textile kev lag luam hloov pauv ntawm kev ruaj khov, tsawg-zog, siv tau yooj yim ib puag ncig cov nplaum rau kev xaiv thoob ntiaj teb.
