Lub siab shear polyurethane thickener

Muaj peb hom sib txawv ntawm cov koom ua ke thickeners siv nyob rau hauv cov ntug dej polyurethanes:

1. Tsawg shear tus nqi thickeners: lub saum npoo ntawm cov dej phwj dej polyurethane thickened nrog cov neeg muaj zog pseudoplastic bheological los ua kom muaj cov nyhuv tuab tuab.

2. Lub siab shear tus nqi thickeners: txoj kev nkhaus ntawm Waterological ntawm Waterhologe Polyurethane Thickened nrog cov thickener no tiag tiag yog Newtonian. Cov tuab no ua haujlwm hauv cov siab tawv siab ntau yam, nrog cov nyhuv zoo thiab zoo leveling nyhuv.

3. Nruab nrab shear tus nqi thickeners, tshuav nyiaj ntawm cov qes qis thiab siab shear thickener, khaws cov nyhuv qis thiab zoo thiab ua kom zoo heev.

Polyurethane thickeners nthuav qhia txawv heev rheological cov khoom hauv qab qis shear (low shear) thiab siab shear (siab shear) tej yam. Hauv qhov qis shear ib puag ncig, thickeners muab ruaj viscosity ruaj khov, pub cov khoom los tswj cov khoom sib txawv thiab ntws. Nyob rau hauv lub siab shear ib puag ncig, lub viscosity ntawm lub thickener txo qis, ua rau cov khoom siv tau yooj yim lossis tshuaj tsuag thaum tswj nws lub peev xwm ruaj khov thiab npog.

Nyob rau hauv lub siab muaj kev mob, lub viscosity ntawm polyurethane thickeners txo, ua kom cov khoom yooj yim dua thiab siv. Cov cuab yeej no muab cov tuab tuab zoo dua qib thiab npog muaj peev xwm nyob hauv ib puag ncig siab, yog li txhim kho qhov zoo thiab zoo ntawm cov khoom. Thickeners nyob rau hauv cov xwm txheej no yog tsim nyog rau cov khoom lag luam uas yuav tsum tau muaj floadticity rau kev ua tau yooj yim rau kev ua tau yooj yim thiab ntawv thov, pleev xim rau, thiab lwm yam.

Yyinang me shear polyurethane thickener yt-2020, lwm tus ntawm RM-2020, nws muaj cov haujlwm siv dual ntawm thickening thiab leveling, zoo ib yam li leveling tus neeg sawv cev
